2. Different Roughness Length for

We analyzed the sensitivity of WRF model according to the improvement of surface Roughness Length (SFZ0). The LAND USE type we choose is Urban and the Roughness Length of the original Urban is 80 cm. The selection of the Roughness Length refers to the GIS data throughout Seoul, including buildings. The maximum value of the Roughness Length is 237 cm. (Jee et al., 2016). We designated Roughness Lengths from 50 to 300 at 50 cm intervals.

LANDUSE Type :
We defined LANDUSE types in the same latitude used in the WRF model, using transverse grid 2.2km Land Cover Map provided by Classification of Land Cover Map by the Environment Ministry ([2013] Seoul, Seongnam, Yongin / [2014] Nam, North Korea River Basin / [2014] Incheon, Gyeonggi-do Station / [2017] Gangwon and North Chungcheong-do Station).
We designated the East Sea coast, the West Coast, and urban areas of 37.5 degrees latitude, in which WRF model was run, as real case.
